TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions are applied to all the appointments & services both online and offline provided by Stylist Marta Turani-Jessen.
DEFINITIONS
STYLIST also referred to as I and me, means Marta Turani-Jessen, CVR-nr. 41669632
SERVICES are understood as all the in person and online styling services provided by Marta Turani-Jessen.
CLIENT also referred to as you, is understood as a person or company that receives a service in return for payment.
OUR WORK, by this is understood the progress and result of the service provided to the client.
BOOKINGS
The services are provided only by pre-booking. The date and time is reserved to the client , only after secure payment in amount of 50 EUR.
RESHEDULING & CANCELATIONS
There may be situations when rescheduling a confirmed booking by a client is necessary. I kindly you ask that you give as much notice as possible, ideally at least 48 hours. If CLIENT decides to cancel the appointment in 48 hours and less without any prior notice, the secure payment CANNOT BE REFUNDED. It is possible to reschedule appointment to another time and date by common agreement. If I unfortunately have to cancel an appointment – if you can’t make another date – money will be refunded to you within a few days.
PRIVACY
I take your privacy very seriously. I and will never share your details and personal data with any third parties. However, I leave the right for myself to demonstrate the results of our work on my Social media channels. By booking appointment for any of my services, you automatically giving your consent for that.
By results of our work I mean photos before/after, and your testimonials.
You can at any point request the results of our work to be removed from my social media channels.
LOSS & DAMAGES
Clients are responsible for their belongings during the Shopping Guide & Photoshoot styling in Person. Stylist does not accept responsibility for any lost or damaged property during these services.
During the Photoshoot styling in person, the stylist is not responsible for loss or damage of the clothing, shoes & accessories worn by client during the photoshoot. If any damages to the goods had been made Client is responsible to cover them.
Return policy:
Clothing and accessories bought by the client will be the clients responsibility to return or exchange in the store, if client decides so.
ONGOING SUPPORT
Client has the right to receive ongoing support from the Stylist during and after the services. Please read carefully the description of service you have chosen, the duration of Stylist support is written there. Stylist will reply you every day from Monday to Saturday between 9.00 am and 19.00 p.m. central european time. If you wrote before or after that time, I will go back to you within the next 24 hours.
PAYMENT
You can pay by Debit, Credit Card, PayPal, bank transfer or mobile pay.
Any fees will be paid by the client.
COVID-19
If required to quarantine, appointments can be rescheduled and I will contact you 2 days prior to the appointment to conduct a brief health check make sure all is well with you and me. All safety precautions under government guidelines are taken and I ask that windows are opened during Wardrobe Check appointments at your home.
