Copenhagen is know as a capital of Scandinavian fashion.the street style is always colourful, guests are smiling and on the runways there are plenty of further trends to spot. Here is what I noticed by analysing both new Scandinavian brands collections and street style looks. 

1.DOUBLE DENIM 

Ganni, Gestuz, Baum und Pfergarten, Di( vision) dressed their models into full denim looks.

2. TOTAL BRIGHT BLUE LOOK

Copenhagen Fashion Week is always about color. We saw come back of eclectic blue in Gestuz, Rotate & Ganni collections.

3. PARTY WEAR FOR EVERYDAY

The most crazy style combinations we also learning from Scandinavian fashion. Stine Goya & Saks Potts showed us, how we can include sequin tops and dresses into everyday looks and don’t look overdressed.

4.BOLD COLOR MATCHING 

In spring 2023 we are going to wear less prints, but more bold colours. Good idea to watch Baum und Pfergarten collection to learn perfect mix & matching.

5.SHIRTS IN DIFFERENT VARIATIONS 

An oversized white or blue shirt has always been one of the staple pieces in Scandinavian style, but this season designers decided to  suggest us new ways of wearing it.

6. MINIMALISTIC WHITE

Besides crazy mix & matching colours, Scandinavian style is always associated with minimalistic looks. A lot of tonal white looks were introduced on the runways.Take a look at Soulland, by Marlene Birger and the Garment shows for inspiration.
